During your appointment we will listen to your needs or questions then present you a selection of options to choose from. You will have exclusive access to a Sattva stylist, face to face!
Through our Virtual Appointment service we are also able to prepare you a “try on bag” with items you like to try at home before purchasing.
Once you book we will send you a zoom link. If you prefer to Face Time please send us an email to [email protected] with your name, appointment date and cell # you would like to be reached at.

We provide a variety of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are expertly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance to our precise and precise specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are carefully inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across different countries. This shows how we're dedicated to be the largest retailer online in the world. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses located in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.
We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as when you first received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
